Verse of the Day: April 1

"He is my steadfast love and my fortress, my stronghold and my deliverer, my shield and he in whom I take refuge, who subdues people under me."

Psalm 144 : 2

I really love this verse because I often struggle with fear and not being able to feel secure. This verse speaks to me because it is saying that God is my fortress and He loves forever. No matter how much I sin and run away from Him He will always let me back into his kingdom when I repent.

It is one of my favorite verses when I am feeling down about myself and like no one loves me.
