And Daniel said, “ You have remembered me, O God, and have not forsaken those who love you.” Daniel 14: 38
This verse is really amazing when you think of the story. This verse takes place at the end of when Daniel gets pulled out of the lions den. If you don't remember, the kings advisors didn't like Daniel so they wanted to find a way to get rid of him. The king loved Daniel by the way. Daniel was a fervent prayer. The advisors decided to make a rule that you could only bow down to the king and no other God's. The king blindly agreed and didn't think anything of it. The punishment was getting thrown into the lions den. The advisors soon went a captured Daniel and threw him in the lions den. The king was so very sad, but Daniel knew that God would protect him. The next day they opened up the pit to see what had happened and there was Daniel with the lions just chilling around him. Then the king praised him. Then this is when Daniel said this verse. Have a happy Saturday and God bless!!!
Great!
