May 28: Verse of the Week!

Mark 2:5, And when Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralytic, "Child, your sins are forgiven."

This verse is in the story about the paralytic who wanted to be healed, but there were too many people in the way, so they lowered him through the roof! Jesus saw that this man had such great faith to get lowered through a roof to see Jesus and hopefully get healed! Then the Pharisees got mad because it was the Sabbath, but then Jesus told the paralytic to get up and walk. The paralytic took up his mat and walked away! It is awesome that Jesus did so many miracles! It is truly a sign that He was the Son of God, but the Pharisees were so caught up in their religion that they didn't even see their Savior right under their nose!
