June 23: Isaiah 26:3

You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you. Isaiah 26:3

So this verse is saying that God will keep us in perfect peace if our mind stays on God, because we trust God! It is much easier said then done because I try over and over again to keep my mind on God, but it goes off on tangents all the time. It feels as if my mind knows that I need to stay focused on God, but my body doesn't want to. It wants to keep eating junk food and binging shows and videos. it is very hard to keep our mind straight, but this verse shows us the reward we will get for keeping our focus on God!
