June 22: Matthew 11:29

Take my yolk upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. Matthew 11:29

This verse is Jesus speaking telling us to come and draw near to him that we may find rest. Not necessarily for our physical body like a nap, but our soul. All day long there are spiritual battles for your soul. Some days we can feel it, some days we can't. Jesus is inviting us with open arms to come and let him take all of our troubles off of our shoulders and take on his yolk and we will find rest for our soul!!!
