June 16: Verse of the Day!!!

Blessed be the Lord, for he has wondrously shown his steadfast love to me when I was in a besieged city. Psalm 31:21

I love the way that we can compare his verse to our own lives! It is painting a picture in this verse for how King David was in a besieged city which is a city that is surrounded by an army that is cutting off food and supplies from the city. It compares to our life because sometimes we can feel like we are completely surrounded by evil or bad things just keep happening to us. But as this verse says that God will show his wondrous steadfast love through our struggles!! Have an awesome Monday and God Bless!!!!!
