“Continue steadfastly in prayer, being watchful in it in thanksgiving; and pray for us also, that god may open us a door for the word, to declare the mystery of Christ, on account of which I am in prison,” Colossians 4:2-3

I think this verse is quite interesting. These people (Paul) went to prison for Christ. But instead of being afraid and warning people not to do it, he tells them in this verse to do it. He says please pray, be thankful, pray for him and his companions. He got put in prison and is telling people how to share Christ while he is in prison.

Colossians was a letter written to the Colossians, but this wasn't the only letter Paul wrote. Most of the books of the Bible that Paul wrote were originally letters to different people. He was so invested in God and had him in his heart, he couldn't stop helping people even while he was in prison.

Have a happy Wednesday and God bless!!!!
