April 3: Verse of the Day!

"And the Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and the fear of the Lord." Isaiah 11:3

I love this verse because it gives us a picture of what God put in Jesus, but also when we accept Christ we get the same. We will get wisdom, understanding, counsel, might, knowledge, and fear of the Lord.

This was written before Jesus came to earth for the first time, so nobody knew when Jesus would come.
