April 28: Verse of the Day

But Jesus said, “Let the children come to me, and do not hinder them; for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven.” Matthew 19:14

I think that this verse is especially encouraging because I like to think of it in the aspect that we are all children of God, so the kingdom of heaven belongs to us. It is an amazing story and I recommend that if you read it you think about it because it is only about 3 verses long. It talks about the children coming to Jesus, but then the disciples telling them off and shooing them away. Have an awesome Monday and God bless!
