April 24: Verse of the day

There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. For fear has to do with punishment, and he who fears is not perfected in love. 1 John 4:18

This verse is easily laying down what it means to love. It shows that love has no fear and than fear has to do with punishment. But those who fear aren't perfected in love. We all know that we can strive to be perfected in love, but we will never achieve this unless we are in heaven. The only person who has perfected love is JESUS!!
