April 22: Verse of the day

'For God gave us not a spirit of fear but of power and love and self-control. 2 Timothy 1:7

This verse has really helped me when I am feeling scared and afraid so I hope it will encourage you as well. It is showing that God didn't create us with fear, but with power, love and self-control. If we don't have these things it is because of the worldly sin that we have succumbed to. We must stay strong in the Lord to keep our faith. Happy Tuesday and God bless.
