April 21: Verse of the day!

He said to them, “It is written, ‘My house shall be called a house of prayer,’ but you made it a den of robbers.” Matthew 21:13

This verse is convicting to read because it shows that just because on the outside it was called a temple didn't mean that the inside was acting like it. We can call ourselves Christians and put on a Christian facade, but if our heart isn't a Christian, God loving, devil hating person then we aren't really Christian. We have to make sure we have a relationship with God instead of a religion of God.
