He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we may die to sin and live to righteousness. By his wounds you have been healed. 1 Peter 2:24
Today is Good Friday, the day of Jesus' death on a cross. It is a happy day, but also a sad one. Jesus died for our sins, it was a brutal death. He is perfect and still loved us so much that He died. He knew that some of us would never love Him back. He wants us to stop sinning and start in the ways of righteousness. His wounds made us free of death and sin.
Ask for forgiveness today and start on the road of righteousness! Happy Good Friday, God Bless You!!
I often forget what Jesus did for us and what he had to do for us to be able to get in to Heaven and be with Him.
