April 14: Verse of the Day!

“Then those who feared the Lord spoke with one another; the Lord heeded and heard them, and a book of remembrance was written before him of those who feared the Lord and thought on his name.” Malachi 3:16

I think this verse is pretty cool because it is showing the reward of those who fear the Lord. For those who don't know what the fear of the Lord is, it is reverence and putting faith into Him. It isn't being afraid of God. It is saying that when you fear the Lord He will hear you. Not that He doesn't hear you before, but now he hears and heeds you. And a book of remembrance now will have your name in it if you fear the Lord. That is pretty cool I think! Have a blessed Monday and God bless!!!!
